How will this proposal affect bus routes
What LCC say:
The scheme may improve the viability of a bus route. However, any decision to run a service will be made by bus operators and not the council.
What we say:
The council has not answered this question, except to say there will be no additional bus routes using the Putney Link Road. What it does not say is anything about the impact on existing
bus routes. Additional traffic and congestion can only create further delays on existing bus routes with those on Victoria Park Road and Queen’s Road most likely to be affected.
